Project Description

I created a survey form for the public to use to update their tax bill mailing address. Before this survey was created, the public either had to call or come into the courthouse to change their address. This has made that process much more convenient for people who want to change their address after work hours. I also automated this survey form with Integromat, now Make. Every time a survey is submitted, I get an email to my inbox. This allows me to save time by not having to log in to the database to check if anyone has submitted a new address change.
